Frequently Asked Questions

Is the art on your website for sale?

Yes! All artwork in the Gallery is available for purchase. I do not sell directly through my website. Instead, I use Square to send secure online invoices to buyers, which allows them to complete purchases without having to provide any private payment details to me personally. If you are interested in a specific piece, I can be reached via email (NoGlovesArt@gmail.com) and I will be happy to answer any questions or provide more detail about the piece.

How do you handle shipping?

Many factors can impact the cost of shipping artwork, including the weight, size, fragility of the piece, and the distance it needs to travel. Because each piece has different packaging requirements based on these factors, I am unable to offer a flat rate for shipping. However, if you let me know the piece you are interested in and the shipping zip code or location, I can provide you with an estimate, prior to finalizing any purchase. If you are local (Utah area), I may also be able to deliver the artwork personally, in lieu of shipping.

Does your bronze work come in different patinas?

Yes. The bronze sculptures shown in the Gallery can be purchased with the patina shown in the photo or cast and finished with a different patina, if the client so desires. The Gallery displays some examples of artwork sold in the past with alternate patina finishes. There are many different patina options to choose from and I am happy to work with you to find the one you want.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. As a business, No Gloves Art is required to charge sales tax. The sales tax rate is based upon on the business address, if purchasing artwork via the website, or remote location address, if purchasing artwork at an art fair or show.

How can I see your art in person?

I typically display my artwork at several different venues throughout the year. You can find news of events and upcoming shows on the No Gloves Art website and connected social media accounts. In some cases, a private viewing at your home or my studio can also be arranged, if you are local to the area and would like to see an art piece in person prior to purchasing. Contact me directly to make arrangements.

Do you accept commissions?

Commissioned artwork is a collaboration between a client’s idea and the artist’s interpretation and manifestation of that idea. I am happy to work with you on a commissioned art piece. If you are interested in commissioning a piece, we would first discuss what you had in mind. I would then provide you with my vision or rendering of how I might turn your idea into art. If we both agree to pursue the commissioned piece, we will arrange terms, including a general timeline, artistic discretion, and cost, with the half the cost paid up front, and the remainder upon acceptance and delivery of the piece.
